I am a writer, artist and single parent. I write erotica, science fiction, and computer programs. I also draw, life drawing, mm-mm, love people. I am on the far side of fifty, but I figure that once past fifty, a body starts back down, so that makes me 43. I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, the best city in the world to live in (as long as sunshine and temperature don't count for too much). I have 3 children, 1 still at home, that I love dearly, and 4 cats.

I used to write erotica to amuse myself, I would then discard it. I was convinced that I was somehow defective. Since I discovered otherwise, I save it and share it with my friends instead.

I am striving to become a better writer. My writing started with science fiction and I had to restrain myself from injecting sex into it. Most mainstream SciFi has virtually no sex. I have decided that my genre is Erotic SciFi, talk about the best of all worlds! Of course, there may be no market, but what the hey, the field is all mine.

I attend weekly life drawing sessions, I love it as much as writing erotica. It's a beautiful way to decompress from the highly technical world I work in. To be able to pay for everything, I write the software behind some of the more complex Internet applications, CGI scripting and online databases on UNIX systems, using Perl, C, HTML, dynamic HTML and JavaScript ... virtually anything Internet related.
